Our goal is to inspire students to learn beyond the classroom and help them discover our world. During this meeting you will learn more about EdOdyssey, this particular program, the pre-departure process. There will also be time for any questions you might have.

You must have a passport valid at least six months beyond our travel dates (through January 2021).

  • If you HAVE A VALID PASSPORT, we will ask you to upload a clear copy soon to our WeTravel page. You do not need to do anything else at the moment.

  • If need to RENEW YOUR PASSPORT or APPLY FOR A NEW PASSPORT, please visit the link below. This process can take over six weeks so please begin as soon as possible.

It is important that everyone have have a valid passport in-hand by January 13th, 2019.

Please submit your passport information through our registration portal by Monday January, 27th.

We want to help make travel as accessible as possible and fundraising is a great way to do that.

Below is a sample fundraising letter you are welcome to use and send to family, friends, neighbors, local business, etc. Start early and don't forget to make it personal. Feel free to change as much as you'd like and make it your own!
