The United States of America was officially founded in 1776, after Americans claimed independence from Great Britain in the American Revolution. The United States is one of the largest countries in the world, both geographically and in population. The US is known for being a ‘melting pot’ - its people come from different ethnic, religious, cultural, and racial backgrounds from all over the world, making its own culture special and unique. The US has a variety of rich ecosystems to explore and countless world class cities to visit and learn more about.

EdOdyssey’s custom short-term domestic programs in the United States are designed to allow local students to experience other locations within the country in a short time frame. Following your school’s learning objectives, we create an itinerary that delivers the best possible immersion experience. But what does that mean? It means that our objective is for you to get a sense of life and culture in other cities and states, through their people’s eyes. It means experiencing its wonderful diversity beyond the tour brochures, getting to know the local people and their customs, and the history and culture of every state.
