Go on one of four exciting day adventures in New England! Each activity is typically 6-8 hours and includes lunch or dinner. Explore options and dates below!

Registration

We use a service called GroupCollect for all EdOdyssey registrations. To register, follow the steps below:

  1. Find the trip you want to register, and click the button below it.

  2. Create a user on the GroupCollect page. If you already have a user, log in with your password.

  3. Enter the required information for your trip.

  4. That’s it! You will receive a registration confirmation email.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR STUDENTS: You may only register for ONE option.

 

Art and Culture in Providence, RI

Are you interested in visiting one of New England’s capital cities and learning about its art culture, architecture, and history? Join us on a day trip to Providence, Rhode Island, where you will have the opportunity to visit the Rhode Island School of Design’s Museum, explore and enjoy a classic Italian lunch in the famous Federal Hill neighborhood, and walk in small groups on the Benefit Street Mile!

  • Morning

    • Pick-up group at Northeastern University: Departing campus Saturday morning at 9:00 AM (check in starts at 8:30 AM). Breakfast pastries and hot drinks provided at check in.

    • RISD Museum.

    • Lunch at Cassarinos.

    Afternoon

    • Free time to explore Federal Hill in small groups.

    • Walk the Benefit Street Mile in small groups.

    • Group reflection at Memorial Park.

    • Return to Northeastern University’s Campus at 4:30 PM.

History and Ecology on Cape Cod, MA

Looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of Boston? Join us on a day trip to beautiful Cape Cod, where you will have the opportunity to visit the historic seaside haven of Provincetown, take a guided tour of a local cranberry bog, learn about coastal ecology on the Cape, and have free time to explore one of the Cape’s best beaches!

  • Morning

    • Pick-up group at Northeastern University. Departing campus Saturday morning at 8 AM (check in starts at 7:30 AM). Breakfast pastries and hot drinks provided at check in.

    • Self-guided group scavenger hunt in Provincetown.

    • Lunch at The Canteen in Provincetown.

    Afternoon

    • Guided tour of a local cranberry bog in Harwich.

    • Beach ecology lesson and free time to explore at Red River Beach in Harwich.

    • Return to Northeastern University’s campus a 7:00 PM.

november 18 & december 2 from 9 AM - 2:15 PM at the 300 Mass ave Building!

Are you interested in diving into your Career Development journey, but don’t know where to start? These Career Development Days will give students the opportunity to:

  • Explore their own personal and professional strengths and how to utilize them in college and after graduation using the Clifton Strengths test

  • Hear from and network with local professionals in globally engaged fields

  • Learn practical skills for building a career while still in college

  • Plus, you will get a free professional LinkedIn headshot, a light breakfast, and a catered lunch!
